SLOW FLOW is a soothing, grounding, more gentle practice that may include: fluid movement, longer holds, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and more. This practice is great for calming the body and mind. All levels welcome.
These slow flow classes are movement based but also include: pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and more and are able to be adapted to provide opportunities for all attending.

Practice one on one with Jamie on zoom. You'll get a yoga practice that focuses on exactly what YOU are interested in. These classes can be focused on any of yoga's 8 limbs (philosophy and ethics, meditation, pranayama, asana, and more). We work together to create the yoga experience that serves you best. Classes are scheduled for 50 minutes, but reach out for a longer or shorter session. Sliding scale pricing available. No one turned away due to lack of funds.

One on one yoga teacher mentorship meeting with Jamie. If you are currently enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training program with JM Yoga School (200 or 300), please pay $0.

I offer virtual office hours weekly. If you have any yoga related questions or yoga teaching questions you are welcome to sign up for free and join. This time is great for general questions or questions that you're comfortable asking in a mixed group. If you'd like to speak with me privately, you can book a 1:1 meeting with me.
Note: if no one signs up, office hours will be canceled by 10:00am on Tuesdays.

POWER FLOW is an energizing, warming, empowering practice that may include: dynamic movement, strengthening, stretching and more. This practice leaves you feeling ready to tackle the day. All levels welcome.
These classes are movement based but may also include: pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and more and are able to be adapted to provide opportunities for all attending.

This 75-minute virtual session combines discussion and personalized yoga practice. We will review your intake form and discuss your health and wellness goals through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda.
Following our discussion, you will be guided through a personalized, approximately 30-minute practice tailored to your needs (which may include gentle movement, meditation, or breathing exercises). After the session, you will receive an individualized practice plan and a 30-minute specialized recording, provided within 5-7 days.
You will be redirected to a Google Intake Form after registration. Please complete this form at least 24 hours before your first session.
Important Note: I am currently completing my Yoga Therapy certification and conducting these sessions under the guidance of a mentor. As a course requirement, session details will be documented and reviewed with my mentor. To ensure confidentiality, all personally identifiable information will be changed. I am pleased to offer these sessions at a reduced rate while in training.
