Virtual Yoga Therapy Session with Jamie

Important Note: A Yoga Therapy Intake Session is required as a first step before scheduling subsequent one-on-one virtual sessions with Jamie. 

Experience personalized instruction via Zoom. Your yoga practice will focus entirely on your specific goals and interests. Sessions are comprehensive and can delve into any of yoga's eight limbs, covering areas like philosophy, psychology, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and physical postures (asana). We work collaboratively to design a yoga experience that meets your individual needs. 

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. For different duration requirements, please contact Jamie directly. We are committed to accessibility, offering sliding scale pricing to ensure that no one is turned away for financial reasons. 

Jamie is currently completing her Yoga Therapy certification and conducting these sessions under the guidance of a mentor. As a course requirement, session details will be documented and reviewed with her mentor. To ensure confidentiality, all personally identifiable information will be changed.
