Yoga Therapy is for everyone! But it can be especially useful for people recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. It's also great for people wanting to explore yoga as a tool to support mental and emotional health or exploring yoga as a lifestyle.

About Jamie (Yoga Therapist In-Training)

I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and have loved yoga for over 20 years. I love how yoga helps me to connect to who I am right in this moment and doing that connects me to you and to something bigger than us all. My practice, my habits, my body and my life have changed so much throughout my time practicing yoga and yet these beautiful practices (breath, meditation, movement, ethics) continue to connect me to the truest part of myself. I’d love if you'd join me in exploring this practice and honoring yoga's roots.
