Gentle Yoga

This 30 minute class is designed to soothe the nervous system. We'll practice a couple of very gentle, supported shapes and settle our nervous system with gentle breathing and awareness practices.

You may want a yoga bolster and blanket or a couple of pillows and a beach towel.
