
These 30 minute pay-what-you-can virtual classes aim to provide yoga to all, regardless of financial realities.
Expect some very gentle asana (movement) and pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. These classes can be adapted to help meet the needs of each student. If you require any special accommodations for class please email [email protected] prior to class.
I'd love to invite you to be a part of this community where we aim to honor the roots of yoga and uplift and support each other. In these classes you pay what you can comfortably afford. This may change week to week and that’s ok. You decide what’s best for you!
