60 minute yoga class once per week up to 20 people: $150 per session

45 minute yoga class once per week up to 20 people: $130 per session

60 minute yoga class 2 times per week up to 20 people: $120 per session

Wellness Seminar: 75 minutes (60 minute presentation and 15 minutes for questions and discussion)

Topics include: Nervous System Management, Breathing, Body Awareness, Relaxation, Mindfulness, etc $200

75 minute Wellness Seminars are great for team building or educational opportunities. 60 minute presentation and 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
