SLOW FLOW is a soothing, grounding, more gentle practice that may include: fluid movement, longer holds, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and more. This practice is great for calming the body and mind. All levels welcome.
These slow flow classes are movement based but also include: pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and more and are able to be adapted to provide opportunities for all attending.
I'd love to invite you to be a part of this community where we aim to honor the roots of yoga and uplift and support each other. In these classes you pay what you can comfortably afford. This may change week to week and that’s ok. You decide what’s best for you!
